When you contact us
We receive the information you choose to share, including your name, email address, business name, message and any links. We use it to respond, discuss your project and manage the resulting conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential records in your first enquiry.
Services involved
The form uses Web3Forms to deliver messages and hCaptcha for spam protection. These providers process form and technical information under their own policies. WhatsApp or email also process conversations sent through their services. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Website preferences
The motion control stores your animation preference in your browser. Project filters may appear in the page URL so you can share your view. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Your questions
For questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@zencode.my. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the conversation and related business or record-keeping requirements.
Third-party links
Project sites and external services have their own privacy practices. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy and hCaptcha’s privacy policy.
