## From the collection job to the bigger picture.

### The starting point

A waste operation spans office planning, drivers, vehicles, material records, downstream handling and billing. When those steps live in separate tools, teams have to reconstruct the story of a job to see what needs attention.

### The approach

We brought the work into a shared application with management, operational and driver-facing experiences. Job and fleet records sit alongside compliance tracking, financial workflows and reporting. Specialist AI tools support tasks such as importing records, reviewing schedules and preparing reports.
